Fallon Electric Co., Inc. was founded in 1974 by Thomas Fallon with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality electrical work to the people of Pittsburgh. Five decades later, that mission hasn't changed.
What started as a one-man residential operation has grown into a full-service electrical contracting company serving commercial clients, general contractors and property managers across the Greater Pittsburgh Region.
As a proud member of IBEW Local Union #5 our team of excellence journeymen and apprentices brings decades of combined experience to every job — from electrical upgrades to large-scale commercial improvements including ground up new construction projects.

Thomas Fallon
Thomas Fallon
Tom Fallon founded Fallon Electric Co., Inc. in 1974 with little more than a truck, a tool belt, and a small loan from his parents. Over the past 56 years in the electrical industry, he has built the business from a modest startup into a respected electrical contractor known for quality workmanship, reliability, and lasting client relationships. Throughout his career, Tom remained committed to hands-on leadership, mentoring employees, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Today, while semi-retired, he continues to contribute his expertise by assisting with estimating and sharing the knowledge gained from a lifetime in the trade. His dedication and perseverance remain the foundation of the company's success.
With over five decades of electrical and business knowage, Tom serves as a Consultant to the company he built — lending his experience and guidance as his sons Brian and Matthew carry the business forward into its next chapter.

Brian Fallon
Brian Fallon as President and brings more than 35 years of leadership and industry experience to the electrical construction field. Beginning his career in the company warehouse while still in high school, Brian developed a deep understanding of the business from the ground up. After completing the IBEW Local #5 Apprenticeship Program, he spent many years in the field overseeing projects and building strong relationships throughout the industry. Since transitioning into the office in 2002, he has played a key role in guiding the company's growth through strategic planning, estimating, project management, and operational leadership. Brian's practical experience, forward-thinking approach, and commitment to quality continue to drive success for clients and project teams alike.
Under his leadership, Fallon Electric has expanded into specialized markets including health care facilities and higher education — completing projects for hospitals, medical campuses, and universities throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Region. Brian is known for his hands-on approach, his commitment to code compliance, and his belief that every job — large or small — deserves the same level of care and professionalism.

Matthew Fallon
Matt Fallon serves as Vice President with more than 30 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. His career began in the company warehouse while still in high school, providing him with a strong foundation in the business from the ground up. After graduation, Matt completed the Local #5 Apprenticeship Program and spent years in the field managing projects and leading crews. In 2006, he transitioned into the office, where he has since focused on project management, estimating, and daily operations. His hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence continue to drive successful outcomes for clients, partners, and project teams alike.
Matthew leads the company's day-to-day operations, estimating, and client relationships, with a particular focus on growing Fallon Electric's presence in the health care and higher education sectors. His field experience gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver complex projects on time and on budget — and his clients notice the difference. Matthew is committed to carrying the Fallon name forward with the same integrity that has defined the company for 50 years.
